Troubles in the last travel

• The TSA lock for my baggage was opened between KIX and NRT probably because of I put an additional battery for my notebook in my baggage. And I learned that the opened TSA lock never comes back. orz
• We weren't able to see our baggage at the flight destination in our approach route, CLE. orz. We claimed, and they were delivered to the hotel we stayed around 0 am. This can't be as we saw them using high-tech machines for baggage processing...
